I purchased three gold chains from this store over the last month and a half, and two of them have already broken with normal wear. When I brought them back, instead of addressing the quality concerns, they kept talking about the price of gold and the gold market, which had nothing to do with why the chains broke. They advertise their jewelry as real, solid gold, but in my experience the quality and durability did not match what I paid for.
