Showed up for a 6pm appointment with my fiance. No one at the front. A man working in the back came out and asked if we had an appointment. We said yes at 6pm with Sarah. He said she is just finishing another appointment. We said OK no problem. This was at 6pm. By 6:40pm Sarah had not come out, in fact no one had come out at all to check on us or explain why we were waiting 40 minutes. 40 minutes of just sitting and waiting for some one to talk to us about flowers and decor. Working with Sarah was a rollercoaster ride. For the most part, I felt un cared for and that I wasn’t an important enough client- even though I paid her 10K + for all the flowers (we had a big wedding). At one appointment, we drove all the way from Hamilton to Richmond hill (about an hour and a half worth of driving) during rush hour after work.
