Just moved to the area and wanted to find an optician in the area and was recommended to check out Precious Eyes and Dr. Patel. She got me in for my appointment early, was very efficient and easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns and questions. Will definitely be back next year.
I went to this office for my first time ever getting my vision checked out by professionals. Dr. Patel was very attentive and explained everything I needed to know related to my eyes and everything else. Made my appointment without any issues, as soon as I got there they knew I was coming and my exam started right away. I would definitely suggest coming to this office , you won’t regret it.
Rude staff, awful website, dirty office. I went to another optometrist (MyEyeDr) and they were WAY better! Don’t go here, ever.
Have been a customer for years. Even decided to bring my wife along this time. However, met an incredibly rude receptionist. My wife was treated in a very condescending manner and so was I. I was incredibly sick over weekend and couldn't make it on time. Kept getting threatened for late fee and made to feel bad for not answering automated calls which they do a lot of.
