Staff are incredibly rude. I scheduled online and indicated we are private pay. Received two text messages with links to patient paperwork, but were turned away from the appointment for not confirming insurance…. After I already told them we don’t have vision insurance. Staff were snippy and curt and not at all friendly or accommodating. Clearly they don’t need any patients!
Found this practice online through my insurance and it was one of the better exams. All staff was wonderful!
I found this from my PPO health plan's website. I clicked on a link to the Precious Eyes' website and got an appointment for the next day. They texted me a link and the "paperwork" was quick and easy to complete and sign digitally online. This included my uploading a photo of my PPO insurance card, which seemed brilliant of them, so they could see my individual and group numbers. They are within network, THEY BLUNTLY DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE WHO ARE HMO USERS, I had PPO before and it was THE SAME, they want to SELF PAY clients, but for the place and service might as well pay somewhere else. I was in my office when we spoke, my office has cameras I can always got back to the video. I couldn’t upload any videos so I will add any pictures to show how many times I called and the emails I received.
