Called a couple days ago and spoke to a lady about wanting to sell some native pieces. I called to confirm the process/ tell them about my silver pieces and if they took walk ins. She confirmed they do but that they would need to see the pieces in person to evaluate them and couldn’t do it over the phone. Understandable. My sisters and I came to Precious Elements to sell silver flatware, serving pieces, and jewelry that belonged to our mom. Michelle helped us determine what was sterling and what was plated. Ashton took over to appraise the jewelry and give us a quote on everything. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Most importantly, they answered all our questions, explained their reasoning, and gave us honest opinions on what to do with the items they didn’t want to purchase. I would absolutely do business with them again.

I went in armed only with the desire to trade in a bunch of silver for gold and awareness of the current gold/silver ratio. Anything beyond that (spot prices, premium pieces, etc) was far outside of my knowledge. So I was a prime target to get ripped off, basically. Had the pleasure of doing business with Ashton. He was professional, quick and knowledgeable. I received a very fair price on the items I sold. I highly recommend this place, they give you top value for your precious metals. I will definitely be back, they earned a life long customer. Also it is worth mentioning the store manager, I forgot her name is very friendly as well. I received on the spot payment from her.
