I first visited early this year just to get a watch battery changed. Seeing how warmly and attentively they treated every customer immediately built my trust. When it came time to get my entire watch collection serviced—battery swaps, new bands, and general tune-ups—I brought the whole case in without hesitation. Their team was welcoming, took incredible care of my collection, and finished the work faster than I expected. They have earned my trust completely, and I wouldn’t take my watches anywhere else. This place is gold!
I had a great experience selling a large assortment of silver, sterling and gold jewelry and other pieces. I honestly had no idea what most of it was worth or even what was sterling versus plated, and they took the time to go through everything, sort it and explain what I had.
