Ordered a pelvic model with fetus and placenta/umbilical cord. For some reason the umbilical cord did not attach correctly to the fetus. Contacted Kelley about the issue and she promptly sent me a new baby and new umbilical cord/placenta with a return label to ship back the other baby and placenta/cord. This time, they attached correctly.

Did a great job with order. Didn't notice that they overcharged on shipping yet they were super honest and gave me the extra back even though I would have never noticed it. Super honest company and got my birth supplies in a very timely manner.
This is a great place to get supplies. They fill your order in a very fast time and are very nice if you need to call with questions. Best place I have found to order midwifery supplies in my 40+ years of practice.
