I also ordered ******* charms in December 2021 for a Christmas gift. After they deducted $155.00 from my account they sent me half my order and stop communicating with me, and they have not refunded my money yet. Do not order from this company.

After noticing all these terrible reviews I decided to cancel my order right away, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order, any payment has been voided and will take a couple days to reflect on my statement. Hopefully I get my money back…

Ordered a tiara **** and paid for over night shipping. Went to check the tracking for it and the item was Backordered but on the site it says nothing about it being out of stock and its still for sale. I needed the **** by 1/7/2022. I want a refund

This is by far the worst **************** I have ever had to deal with. I purchased what I thought was a Mizpah Coin Pendant, costing over $300. When it arrived it was the size of a thumbnail. I have made multiple attempts to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) that you must have in order to return (within the alloted 30 day return window) to no avail. I want my money back and will not stop until I get it! Precious Accents should be ashamed of themselves and their Business practices!!!!!

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had ordering on line. I got priority shipping - and it took 3 weeks to even ship out and was shipped out in multiple packages!! I had to get priority shipping because these were wedding gifts for my mom. Then once I got the package it was completely wrong and missing items. Their ring sizing is WAY off, I ordered a size up from what I normally wear so I could wear it on my pointer finger - it wouldn't even fit my pinky. Wont answer any calls and ive been waiting for a ring for a good month now. I got an email saying it was on back order (AVAILABLE ONLINE WHEN YOU BUY IT) and would receive a new tracking number from them and still have not received it.If you are going to be false with your customers and not actually provide what they ask and don't answer the phone or emails, don't have a business. Youre literally just stealing peoples money and getting away with it.

I placed an order with this company then watched the shipping/ tracking. When FedEx's website said delivered, I searched for the package at my home to no avail. I checked the tracking again. It went to precious accents in Englewood NJ!!! They shipped my jewelry to their own store! Immediately tried to call the customer service number on their website.
