I ordered three charms on 8-15-2024 and have received nothing to date. I called three weeks ago and was told one charm was discontinued and she would check on the other two. Again , to date I have received nothing. I will be requesting a full refund. This is a very poor company to do business with and will never order another item from them.

Ordered an engraved ********* charm from them as it states on their website they are an authorized Rembrandt dealer. Received an empty box, literally! I couldnt reach them by phone so I notified my credit card company believing they were a scam company. Later when I was able to get in touch the person told me it was too late to fix since I had already notified my credit card company and didnt seem too concerned that I had received an empty box; maybe I had accidentally dropped it on the floor she asked? I ordered a ring from the website. Said that it would ship in two days. Already charged my credit card and now no ring. No response to emails and will not answer the phone. I should have know better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Ordered two 8 inch bracelets, when received, they were barely 7.5 inches. First attempt to return was ignored, second attempt was e mailed a return label to print. Informed company I am unable to print the label, they refused to mail me a label, telling me I should find someone to print it for me. Inferior product, unable to return, very poor customer service
Precious Accents worked real hard with vendors to see to it my shipment arrived in time for my anniversary. Communication with customer service was good via email.
This is the first time I ordered from them. I found them very helpful, kind and courteous.I would highly recommend them to my friends.
I ordered a ring for my daughter on December 17 expecting it to not take much time. 10 days later I checked on the website and it said it was on pending. I gave it more time and after a month (today) Im finally tired and at this point I just want my money back, why on earth is it saying its on back order when I gave them over a month. On the website it said minimum to 10 days it should be delivered. Now its been over 30 and nothing. Give me a full refund
