After noticing all these terrible reviews I decided to cancel my order right away, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order, any payment has been voided and will take a couple days to reflect on my statement. Hopefully I get my money back…

I orderd a ring on a sunday night . That morning i found out it was on back order so i called customer service and they are professional and helpful . I told them i wanted to cancel my order and they quickly cancelled it and sent a confirmation email. Also my 55$ was refunded instantly. The number i called was 866-707-6001 .
