My name is paul. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I have had very bad experiences with other doctors. This office made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They came in and explained everything to me without making me feel horrible about myself. They treated me like a person. They showed me respect and really cared about me. Dr. Bolding replaced my mom’s jaw joints and did an excellent job. He exceeded our expectations and his staff is fantastic.
I suffered for so long. I had no hope that I could ever be pain free again. I am so grateful to Dr. Bolding and his staff for their support. I ended up with two new prosthetic jaw joints. I appreciate all the care and time they took to help me make the best decision for me. Dr. Bolding is a life-changing surgeon. I had so many issues with my jaw joints and airway it was hard to keep track of them all. My airway went down to the size of a coffee stir stick and I was on a CPAP machine my entire adult life. And after a face plant during a fainting spell, my jaw joints were disintegrating and full of arthritis. Dr. Bolding not only took care of my TMJ issues, but he gave me a normal size airway. My husband had surgery on his TMJ 2 years ago. Medical and surgical care was good. Financial/insurance and billing practices were at minimum shady, misleading, and potentially into the relm of insurance fraud. I spent many hours trying to work with the practice manager to remedy the situation with no help on their end.
