I used them to manage a property of mine for two years. It was a terrible experience all around. Marlyn provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No quarterly walkthroughs as contracted, all issues were passed directly to me to resolve with tenant, and overall she always had the tenant in mind, not me the owner (the person paying her each month). DO NOT use them if you expect a property manager that will mediate, resolve issues, or provide any kind of customer service whatsoever to you as a property owner.... read more
