I used them to manage a property of mine for two years. It was a terrible experience all around. Marlyn provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No quarterly walkthroughs as contracted, all issues were passed directly to me to resolve with tenant, and overall she always had the tenant in mind, not me the owner (the person paying her each month). DO NOT use them if you expect a property manager that will mediate, resolve issues, or provide any kind of customer service whatsoever to you as a property owner.... read more

When I refinanced the paperwork was handled quickly when requested. whenever I called or emailed I am responded to and the situation handled. Very happy altogether. I get communication from them via mail and email and I am responded to when I need assistance. Thanks!!!!!
Overall it has been a good experience dealing with the company a a whole with no real issues to speak of. You all have been very professional and reliable and I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a rental.
I'm satisfied with our property was managed along with the accounting and bookkeeping. Response time to questions were good. Sale of property was smooth and fast.
