My experience with JD Stout and Wendy Murray has been consistently negative. They’ve shown an unprofessional and dismissive attitude toward homeowners — often responding to simple questions or concerns with hostility instead of communication. If there were negative stars, Precedent Management would deserve them. Their track record is not only incompetent, but in many cases skates the line of legality under Florida HOA law (Chapter 720). Precedent, under the so-called “leadership” of Roy Hyman, has: Violated §720.306(9)(a) by mishandling HOA elections — including closing electronic voting early. Very disappointing service from office in Saturnia Lakes.
Terrible company does nothing for Homeowners, The previous company had a closer location, cash services (for paying dues and ordering keys for the amenities), and a better attitude. This Precedent Mgt company has you go through hoops and doesn't even have cash services, nor allow for money orders for payments at their fort myers location.
