She was very professional, attentive, and truly helpful throughout the process. I would also like to extend this positive feedback to the entire staff. Poor excuse for a Property Management company. They have considerable internal problems, takes them months to pay bills, looses invoices, no internal communication. Wendy Murray is the worst. We paid to break our contract with them.
We have been with Precedent for about 1and 1/2 years. Initially we were concerned because our CAMs kept changing. However, we are very pleased with our new CAM, Charles Lupardo, as he is very responsive. We also like it that Charles is very honest and will tell you if he doesn't know something but will immediately look into it. Precedent has provided us with strong administrative support.
