We called 8 plumbers, and Frank was the first to call us back. We had no hot water in the shower. Frank determined it was a faulty switch that was not letting the hot water through. Since he didn't have the switch needed, Frank took the switch apart and REBUILT it. It worked perfectly, and we did not need to buy a new fixture setup. Frank was very nice and completely professional. We will definitely contact him again for all of our plumbing needs.
