helping customers...maybe Pre-Paid legal has many services for people that are great and some services that are no so great in my opionion. One thing that I did think was beneficial was the IDENTITY THEFT SHIELD...the service that i didnt care for was the Laywer services...you call for help and they have to call you back...that meant you had to sit by the phone and wait for them to return the call...I needed help right then...i found myself playing phone tag but i was paying for the service monthly.
