Tad and his people took care of everything I needed to get back on the road with quick and reliable service that was very affordable. I needed more things fixed than I thought and with everything done he stuck to his original quote while other places would’ve charged hundreds of more dollars. The free pick up and drop off in salem was especially nice do to my bike not running and me not having a truck. He communicates with you through the entire process and is very honest. I found my new mechanic for anything I need!
Fit my bike in the next day, had me back on the road two days later and at a very fair price.
I used this shop when my SV650 wouldn’t start! I had taken the bike into Cycle Country, and not only did Cycle Country charge me for an hour of shop labor to diagnose the bike, but they then recommended that I replace the entire wiring harness and quoted me upwards of $2500 for the job. After almost giving up on the project, I found Tad and Pre-Owned Powersports. Tad and his guys do some of the best work I have seen. Picked up my 2006 super glide fixed it and delivered all while working with my crazy work schedule. The communication was outstanding from start to finish I knew what happened every step of the way. The pricing is way more than fair and honestly I would pay what the brand manufacturer shops charge to know I had this team on my bike. Thank you guys again.
