I am highly upset to say I never was told to pay the last utility bill to Premier instead of the utility company nor did I receive ANY paper work from premier in regards on how to handle the last utility bill or what to do prior to leaving so now I am left having to pay for there mistake or expected to be some physic. Highly unprofessional and extremely upset with how my experience with Kestrel Ridge/Premier has ended.
Terrible company. They never fixed a thing. Had a hole in the soffit over my balcony where a bird had made a nest and crapped all over my out door furniture. Property manager just said to basically deal with it because she couldn’t get anyone to go on a ladder to fix it. Asked the property manager what I needed to do about a thirty day notice. Told me I just had to write her a letter stating I was moving out. She was never in her office so they didn’t receive it for over a month, so they came after me on the charges for two ... read more
