I recently rented a property through PRD. I was really pleasantly surprised at the high level of communication from Abbey, in every step of the process. Prompt responses to queries, and I was always kept in the loop. Was very reassuring, and she made everything simple. I have owned properties previously, and been a tenant, this is the first time I've ever left a review for an agent!
