I will wait for over 2 weeks for a reply to a simple question whilst getting sent invoices the entire time, random people showed up to inspection and just a general uncaring attitude towards fixing issues Do not recommend.

We were so fortunate to have Steph to sell our late mother's estate. Very disappointed with this company. They managed a property of mine for about 6 years. One day, I receive a phone call from another real estate company telling me that they are the new property managers of my property. PRD did not notify me at all that they were palming off my property to another agency to manage. A simple phone call or email would’ve been nice. i rented through prd rosny for 2 years,looked after the place better than it was my own,never missed my rent kept the place immaculate,prd couldnt give a rats about you as a tennant got treated like crap by melinda,ignored then when i handed the unit back melinda my agent just ignored me,so unprofessional I.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PRD ROSNY ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY TO THEM!!!!!! Heartless people to deal with!
