All round horrific dealings with the PRD property management team. If you are an owner wanting to rent your property choose elsewhere if you’re a tenant I’m sorry. I’m a home owner the adjoining fence with a tenanted property next door prd are the property managers. The fence needed repair so I went with prd recommendation. They sent an unprofessional unreliable trade who lied about stealing my property. Without my consent they sent the owners preferred trade knowing full well the owner despises me.
