Bought a warehouse from another "reputable" agent, front of complex 10 months ago but had it advertised for over 12 months by this selling agent. Enough was enough. Approached Lawsons and Ben found a reputable tenant within 4 weeks and negotiated a lease $7000 more than what the previous agent was advertising for. He has an incredible knowledge of Morisset and it's industrial area. Thank you Lawsons 😊 👏🍾

Kerrie recently sold our investment property which had a DA approved making it the sale of a concept rather than just bricks and mortars. Kerrie has the experience and knowledge to guide interested investors through the process of understanding what product will work in the area and also provide the confidence for seasoned or new investors on the $$$ return. Many thanks Kerrie.

Every time Kerrie said anything she delivered, from phone calls, locating what we needed down to just checking in even after exchange Kerrie was extremely professional, attentive and responsive to both of us during an anxious time. Once again thank you so much Kerrie for everything you helped us with and we can't wait to move into our little slice of paradise that you helped us find. We ... read more
