Told me false information that the property neighbouring was an easement and behind was crown land even though they handed me the titles document that clearly showed they were private properties. Told me the onsite wastewater was in a completely different location, found out weeks later when they eventually got me the information I requested it was under the driveway which makes it illegal and faulty. With the need for a fast turnaround both Amber and Shanae from PRD were fantastic to deal with. We were able to rent my property to tenants within a couple of weeks. They were both very professional to deal with and communication was fast and transparent. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to rent out their property to deal with these two young ladies.
