Our new kitchen is amazing!! We shopped around for a relatively small kitchen remodel and we are so grateful we went with PRD. Everything was done on time and professional was very competitive pricing. As a small business owner myself a positive customer experience is incredibly important to me. We started planning our home renovation in April and met with the team, started drawing the plans and finalized the design the end of July. It's October and we haven't had an update. We have called, text, emailed, facebook messaged, etc. and we don't even know where we are in the process. No response from them at all. We have no idea what happened so we are now months behind and starting from scratch.
