Very shady people, I have a lease with them at campus town at TCNJ and found a local college student to take over the lease. They said they could not transfer ownership due to the agreement with the school regarding non-tcnj students. I called the TCNJ residential office whom told me despite the agreement since PRC owns the property it's up to them to make the final call regarding this. Is it common practice to evict 69 year old people who have lived at your property for 15 years and are suddenly stricken by cancer? We could have worked out a payment plan but you obviously only care about money, not about real people going through a brutal struggle.
I find it very rare unfortunately to find good customer service nowadays - but I have to say I have rented many places before in my life - I have even worked in the field and by far Sara James was the best property manager I have ever come across. Considering all that was going on out of her control, and PRC for that matter, she handled every situation with complete professionalism and always have her all and a smile.
Lizbeth was extremely helpful to my concern! She was very professional, and very personable!
Thought we had a bad Management group before this one is even worse.
