Thought we had a bad Management group before this one is even worse.
PRC is a great management company. Everyone there is very responsive and efficient. I want to especially single out Jill DeMarco as she is awesome!! I had a very serious problem with the people below me making noise late at night and disrupting my sleep for months! I finally called PRC and asked for Jill (I had her name from last year when she helped me with something else). Terrible, embarrassing experience with this group. Proceed with caution. There should be an option for ZERO or a negative rating.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Honestly the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Very Unprofessional! Hard to get ahold of anyone and when you do they talk over you or yell. I wish I knew before I moved in to one of their buildings. So glad I moved out!
