I cannot recommend PRC Group enough! They are incredibly responsive and always quick to address any questions or needs. A special shoutout to Jacki, who truly cares about her clients and demonstrates an amazing attention to detail in everything she does. If you are looking for a team that is professional, attentive, and genuinely invested, I would highly recommend PRC Group to anyone!

The property manager and the maintenance staff are not good. One’s maintenance request would just sit with the staff but they would not act on it. They would rather sit idle than do any work. I would not recommend that anyone move in at a property managed by PRC Management since they are really bad at returning tenants’ security deposits once tenants move out.

Most unprofessional HOA company around, never have i seen more unresponsive staff on the phone. If your property uses PRC don't be surprised and if your getting them for your own property DON'T.

Very shady people, I have a lease with them at campus town at TCNJ and found a local college student to take over the lease. They said they could not transfer ownership due to the agreement with the school regarding non-tcnj students. I called the TCNJ residential office whom told me despite the agreement since PRC owns the property it's up to them to make the final call regarding this. Is it common practice to evict 69 year old people who have lived at your property for 15 years and are suddenly stricken by cancer? We could have worked out a payment plan but you obviously only care about money, not about real people going through a brutal struggle.
