Is it common practice to evict 69 year old people who have lived at your property for 15 years and are suddenly stricken by cancer? We could have worked out a payment plan but you obviously only care about money, not about real people going through a brutal struggle.
I find it very rare unfortunately to find good customer service nowadays - but I have to say I have rented many places before in my life - I have even worked in the field and by far Sara James was the best property manager I have ever come across. Considering all that was going on out of her control, and PRC for that matter, she handled every situation with complete professionalism and always have her all and a smile.

Thought we had a bad Management group before this one is even worse.
PRC is a great management company. Everyone there is very responsive and efficient. I want to especially single out Jill DeMarco as she is awesome!! I had a very serious problem with the people below me making noise late at night and disrupting my sleep for months! I finally called PRC and asked for Jill (I had her name from last year when she helped me with something else).
