Terrible management company that occasionally does the bare minimum unless they're faced with regular complaints which then they'll cowardly address. They raise our rent yearly with no actual reason why, as the building continues to deteriorate and no improvements are being done to issues. When we do report issues or concerns, it's pulling teeth with them and they treat you like a burden. Such a damn disappointment for only wanting to be and continue to be a good tenant.
I recently moved out of Peach Grove Apartments, and I wanted to share my positive experience with the PRC management team. George initially helped me find the perfect apartment, and his guidance made the process so much easier. Anya was incredibly helpful when it came time to sign the lease, ensuring everything went smoothly. It’s only been a month but a very disappointing 1st month. Gigi from PRC took over mgmt of the office building where I have my office. During that time she/they have failed to fix my sink and not shown much concern about the situation. Hopefully things change. I’ll continue to update. I certainly believe I’m being patient. 30+ days with no sink is a bummer. - Nick English
Reported to The Los Angeles and Glendale Housing Authority. This leasing company has a history of withholding deposits. after the 21 day period after my move-out, I reached out about the deposit and, as in perfect PRC fashion, they did not respond. I reached out again the next day and received a response saying "it was sent Friday" Clarification: When I submit my notice to vacate they asked for my direct deposit info and said it would be sent via direct deposit.
