Do not use them to rent your home. They will drive your tenants out and make you lose money. I will never use them again almost lost my business because of them.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. This place is the worse! They are scammers. They will charge you multiple power bills, never fix anything and once you move out they will charge you more than your deposit.
Highly recommended, Gigi and her team at PRC Management made the process super smooth, and their rental rate prices are really great as well! Would definitely recommend if you are a start up business looking for a first location to speak with Gigi and trust the process!
