Most unprofessional HOA company around, never have i seen more unresponsive staff on the phone. If your property uses PRC don't be surprised and if your getting them for your own property DON'T.
Very shady people, I have a lease with them at campus town at TCNJ and found a local college student to take over the lease. They said they could not transfer ownership due to the agreement with the school regarding non-tcnj students. I called the TCNJ residential office whom told me despite the agreement since PRC owns the property it's up to them to make the final call regarding this. Is it common practice to evict 69 year old people who have lived at your property for 15 years and are suddenly stricken by cancer? We could have worked out a payment plan but you obviously only care about money, not about real people going through a brutal struggle.
Tom made my home buying process easy. He provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. He made sure everything in the home was move in ready. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend Tom at PRC for all of your move in needs.
