Totally deceptive trade practices. I explained over the phone to their sales person that we have an in-house technology administrator but their representative claimed that they could generate a ton of business reviews for our company and for this reason we joining only find out they need to become the administrator of our Google online services. So disappointed. This company is horrible and won't even let me cancel the contract. They are so desperate for business that they would rather have a angry dissatisfied customer on the hook for a monthly payment rather than part ways agreeing to disagree. They have done nothing and in the 6 months they have had me as a customer I have not once been contacted by the account manager. STAY AWAY and BUYER BEWARE

This company claims to have proprietary technology. They do not. They made false claims about services they would provide me. When they did nothing for me in a month, I requested a refund. They are a dishonest company and have done absolutely nothing for my business. I strongly recommend against using them. Find someone honest that provides actual benefit.

I have been working with PR.business since April. I have received no additional business because of them, and their once-monthly call is not effective in building my on-line strategy. I tried to cancel, since this has been worthless, but their cancellation fee is about 90% of the total owed, which is absurd. I would not recommend PR.business to anyone.

these people are a scam dont give your money to them its been 3 weeks to 4 weeks and they tell me its going live soon lie lie i keep calling and getting the run around . i am calling today on 10-13-20 they keep hanging up on me i called there 20 times and they wont talk to me or help me out BAD COMAPNY BEAWARE. I am filing for fraud.

2 months in, our business was not found on Alexa or Google voice. Covid hasn't helped. Decided to dissolve business. We were told we could cancel, but we had to call numerous different numbers. Every time we called, we were given another number to another rep. Finally, Danielle called back. We were informed we were locked into a 12 month contract, even though we were dissolving our business. They told us to use the SEO marketing to promote ourselves, instead of a business. This company locks you into a contract to promote businesses. If you shut your business down, they tell you the contract stays and you can promote yourself instead of a business. What kind of explanation is that? I asked them exactly how we are supposed to utilize SEO marketing with a dissolved business?
