I just got off the phone with a rep. Abbey. When she started telling me about the additional fees I would have to pay to improve my visibility score, I called her out on it and asked why this was not mentioned upfront by the sales rep. who signed me up. They don't do anything themselves to help your business. They call for a conference call to talk about what YOU need to do. They do nothing. Stay far away from them. They just take money and do nothing. If you see the $19.95 add on FB, do not contact them. That's who they get you.
SCAMMERS, this company lied to me, they charged for something and then made me waste my time, sales person said that everything is included in 29 dollars but they will ask for more money and the 29 dollars per them will not resolve your issues.
Do not use this company. We started using this company in min-Sept. As of 12-7 this company has yet to attend any of our scheduled meetings, they have not set up our Imapping on google (which we are paying for) have not posted the pictures we sent them during our 1st on-boarding call and as of this morning we did not even have our address listed for our business on Google. This company was hired for one reason and one reason only. to establish a alexa voice search response for inquiries about Oklahoma Dog breeders. After many months of absolute failure the company gave a refund of $99. out of the $1500. payment made to them. This company is an ongoing criminal enterprise that does not do what they promise. I am sure they are laughing their tails off about defrauding another small business out of $$$$. save your money and go to anyone else. A casino would be a better investment.
Charged a 299.00 set up fee, 174.93/monthly charge and three months later I have not received any promised SEO advancement, marketing, Social Media, Alexa, Siri inclusion as promised. Terrible experience put out a website with 11 errors, disnt respond to correspondence for more than a week, refused to give access to the site or make corrections in a timely manner, missed follow-up appointments to discuss the 11 errors, refused to give refund, payed 1200 dollars for a professional site, looked like it was done on wix in 5 minutes.
