I have been to see Lila a handful of times now and she is amazing! The office is conveniently located in Matthews and her room is so peaceful and relaxing. I never realize how stressed I am until I lay down on her table and she starts the massage and it quickly disappears! I love choosing one of her signature blends of essential oils.
