My son in law is part owner, so I could be partial, but T.J. is dedicated to the business, clients and his own health. The place is always kept clean and organized. Sometimes personal training, at what I think, very early times for their clients.

The clients come from all walks of life and all are welcome, this place is truly a gem. Stephanie and TJ are knowledgeable and personable, you can't do much better than them.
