Warning to any machinist! This shop is a mess. They have no clue as to what they are doing starting for the top. They have no direction of what to do or how to take the company to the next step. Weak machines and lack of tooling contribute to this mess. 1 good programmer isn't enough. Your dream project will turn into a nightmare because it probably will take them way over the promise date to get it done, and hopefully done right.
