Praxis is a remarkable practice. Everyone who walks through the doors and sits on the couch is met with compassion, kindness, and clinical knowledge. I've worked with several coaches over the years. Ryan Forsell does a really impressive job of cutting to the heart of the matter and pushing (sometimes uncomfortably so - but hey, that's what coaches are for) for a paradigm shift, a way to reframe, or simply the space to let emotions sink in while sitting with them. I'd highly recommend Praxis to anyone looking to embark on a journey of therapy. I can speak specifically to Ryan's remarkable ability to create a truly safe space to do the work. I have difficulty opening up, especially about some of the challenges in my life, but Ryan has always listened intently and made me feel okay to be vulnerable.
