Great communication, friendly people, and a very positive overall experience from beginning to end. Everything felt organized and professionally managed, which made the visit smooth and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.
I used to go here to buy cable for welding. 6 months ago I paid $346 for 100’ now they just charged me $527. When I brought it up to the person checking me out, all I got was a “sorry”. Guess I will be buying it online where I could have saved over $100 and had it delivered to my shop.
Horrible customer service, they don't respond to e-mails or answer their phones; do not use this location!!!!
The customer service I received from the two gentlemen working the counter last Friday was second to none! I have been a customer with numerous other industrial gas supply companies and have never been treated with the level of respect that these guys gave me! Top notch service, competitive prices, Linde has definitely earned a customer for life. Thank you!
