Very poor communication and hard to work with. Both the local store and the corporate customer service. I ordered gas they charged my account and stated it could be picked up, only to find out that they cancelled my account because I did not hold the proper gas certification. They did not even ask for the certification credentials. They just closed the account without any communication.
Stopped by yesterday to exchange a cylinder, it was 3 minutes after closing and looked like they were never open. The parking lot was so full from the business next door you couldn't park. Today I went back at 2pm. On line it said open till 4:30, still dark and closed, no sign saying closed for July 4 which is tomorrow. Highly disappointed.
First time here and this will absolutely be my new spot for welding gas! HUGE shoutout to Tim! He was super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and the reason I’ll be returning. Thank you again for your help, Tim!
Prompt in delivery and very helpful with questions. Linde is also flexible in their delivery times.
Friendly with excellent service. Great prices. I live about 1000yds from a gas supply place and i drive 20 minutes to go here.
