Dr. Iruku admitted to me that she didn't want to order any further testing bc the results would come back to her and she was going on Christmas vacation. She also said she'd contact my primary about getting a referral to a surgeon to have a painful bony mass in my chest biopsied, which she failed to do. Interrupted me when I was telling her my symptoms, and many were Hodgkin's related. Then she gave me a guilt trip because "last time she listed to me"! Refused to hear me and brought me to tears. Wouldn't even reffer me to another dr. Ill never go there again. Turns out I have bartonella, Lyme and more...and that undiagnosed can lead to Hodgkins. Hematologists are SUPPOSED TO TAKE BLOOD DISEASES seriously!!!!!!
Dr. Iruku has been great for me. She continues to be patient and thorough as she walks me through test results and next steps. I really like how she is conscious of how I'm doing (the anxiety of me and my family) and my clinical care.
