Dr. Roa performed pacemaker surgery Feb. 2025 and I’m feeling much better. He’s very friendly, explains everything very well, and answers all my questions.
Cannot say enough about how thorough and personable that Dr Rao is. He was in the room 5 minutes prior to appointment, and sat down to answer ALL of my questions for over 30 minutes with patience. He erased 2 years worth of anxiety over my heart rhythm issues. EPs like this are not easy to come by. Highly recommend!
Faced me rather than an electronic device of any kind. Had already reviewed my chart and information provided by my cardiologist. Listened attentively and responded to what I was explaining. Went into teaching mode with explanation, diagram, and drawing of precisely what he will be doing. Thoroughly answered questions. Arrived with angst and left with absolute confidence. Excellent bedside manner!
