Front staff needs trained to work on their attitude, they have the WORST attitude and customer service I have ever experienced. Joanne or however you spell it needs to be removed, she's the most unpleasant human I've ever encountered. AVOID this place. Listen to the other reviews telling you about the same experience.

Deb the receptionist is fabulous. She got me in the same day for what i thought was urgent. Dr. Pravda is refreshingly old school as opposed to corporate therefore he gives the patient the time they need. Dr. Pravda is also knowledgeable thorough and extremely patient. They were both very easy to talk to and pleasant. I Highly recommend

A true gem of a dermatologist, like the country doctors of yore with impeccable bedside manner and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. He’s been shepherding my skin from the ravages of puberty to adulthood - don’t expect the latest but expect the greatest. Note that they only accept cash or check.

Went to him about a year ago but can vividly remember a rude front desk, very dreary waiting area ambiance and if I recall correctly lack of payment options (who doesn't accept credit cards nowadays!?). Doctor himself was old-fashioned but was unsure of the WOODEN exam bench. Went to find another dermatologist after my first visit

I feel sorry for anyone in need of help that calls this office. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful the moment you say hello. Truly terrible people , how dare you work in health care and talk to ppl so disgustingly. Really advise any kind nature person seeking help or a provider to immediately look elsewhere. Fast food has better customer seevice and reps than this office. Wouldnt let these women hold my hand , imagine them taking your blood. Smh disgusting
