Called to schedule an appointment with a 3-week lead time. Waited and showed up at a scheduled time to find out that my appointment was cancelled the day before without notification of any sort. The staff on the phone had a bunch of attitude and zero compassion and understanding for the patient who had to wait for 3 weeks already just to be seen and then cancel on him last minute. Way to go guys.
