I waited 3 months for an appointment, they rescheduled because the nurse was sick. That's fine. It's another month before they can see me. A week before my appointment and they are pushing the appointment back ANOTHER month.
I have provided more than x 2 my insurance card. One month prior to arrival, thru the email request, and at the kiosk at the day of service 08/19/2025. On 08/21/2025 I received another request for my insurance. I went to the billing office & provided my insurance card again. At the day of service, some of my information was incorrect in your system. Went to the Silver Hills walk in clinic yesterday. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Especially Cassey Culpepper NP. I am so glad to this resource in Prattville.
Just moved to Alabama and called on two separate occasions to try to schedule a new patient appointment. Both times, the call was answered by an extremely rude person in the scheduling department who told me that nothing was available for 4-6 months. It's understandable that there is a long wait for appointments, but there is absolutely no excuse to be rude about it.
