Just moved to Alabama and called on two separate occasions to try to schedule a new patient appointment. Both times, the call was answered by an extremely rude person in the scheduling department who told me that nothing was available for 4-6 months. It's understandable that there is a long wait for appointments, but there is absolutely no excuse to be rude about it. Good customer service and caring staff.
My father, 85 yrs old, called on Monday the 16th of September 2024, to get a prescription refilled. No return call within in 24 hours, 48 hrs or at all. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy for the wrong medicine, I came in on Friday for a hard copy of the prescription again given THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!!! How is it possible for people, who asked for this job, supposedly want to take care of people, get a prescription WRONG 3 TIMES???
