This office supposedly accepts walk-ins, but don’t count on it. My husband has gone there and received good care, so when my son had an issue, we thought we’d give them a try again. They originally told my husband, on a Friday, to bring my son back on Monday. Then, Monday, they told him the doctor was out, come back Tuesday. Then, Tuesday, we arrived around 1:05 pm (which is when this office reopens after lunch), and we were told the doctor is not accepting any more patients, that they are ‘at capacity’. I waited 3 months for an appointment, they rescheduled because the nurse was sick. That's fine. It's another month before they can see me. A week before my appointment and they are pushing the appointment back ANOTHER month.
I have provided more than x 2 my insurance card. One month prior to arrival, thru the email request, and at the kiosk at the day of service 08/19/2025. On 08/21/2025 I received another request for my insurance. I went to the billing office & provided my insurance card again. At the day of service, some of my information was incorrect in your system.
