This office does not have an adequate level of care. Their wait times are outrageous now. We were with them for 4 years and will never go back. On top of misdiagnoses and incorrectly medicating both of my children the nurses gossip about patients where the patients can hear and can be very rude. Their level of cleanliness can be questioned to. It appears clean but i personally have found things like used needles and bandage garbage behind the platforms where the kids sit. First off I had to fight to get to see a specialist (6 weeks old baby) (needed a referral) she saw an ENT and was diagnosed with Laryngomalacia. The ENT recommended we see GI. I ask for another referral and got told well if the ENT wanted it so bad why didn’t he do it? Not sure but still need to see GI. Now 4 months old, my daughter has a feeding tube for aspiration problem. I called to ask about vaccines for her 4 month old check up was told to check with her specialist first.
