RecommendedI have had several tests done here and I always got prompt, friendly service. The staff informs you of what to expect. That is especially reassuring to me. They also got the results back to my primary physician promptly.
They work hard to make you comfortable.
Front desk personnel are forced friendly. Not very welcoming. Beyond the doors? Very nice, caring and handled with care. Even the personnel in the halls, passing by were nice.
The entire staff is so friendly and I've never had to wait very long.
I have been beyond impressed with the staff at Prattville Imaging today. They went above and beyond to address insurance issues and to keep us informed of what was going on. Many thanks for their efforts!!!
