Received to best care @ Baptist Medical Prattville Hospital. Had my Gallbladder sx yesterday & everyone from doctors, nurses, & techs done a great job to take care of my needs and got best care while there. Sandra, Amanda, Jennifer, Kristen, Dr Cargrove & Dr Daly were an amazing surgical team!
would give 0 if i could. dr didn't even check on me for 6 hours, and then sent me home because there was "nothing he could do" about my memory issues caused by a car crash in 2024
By far the most friendly hospital I have ever stayed at. All the staff were great. Such a caring, positive, and friendly group of people and environment. My care team took great care of me and was so attentive. Everyone had smiling faces and positive attitudes and was helping each other out. Great teamwork.
