Went out there for the first time today. I have been looking forward to visiting. I hear a lot of good things about this greenhouse. I checked web site and Facebook to see their hours before I went out there. I drove about 20 minutes to get there. I pull up and they are closed!!! Very disappointing!! I called the number as I pulled away and nothing about being closed! I will not try that again!

Hey! I'm so sorry we missed you. We had posted a video on May the 27th stating our end of spring sales. We grow our own plants here and do not restock and have no employees. We apologize for your bad experience and hope to see you next spring before mother's day.

My wife and I visited Pratt's Greenhouse for the first time yesterday... We received a warm greeting from the Pratt Family. We were then offered a tour of the grounds to meet the resident bunnies, baby goats and of course "Hershel." Immediately following our tour we began to shop from a large variety of hearty plants and flowers. I live in Huntington with my preschooler, but sometimes we drive on the country roads in Chesapeake to ooh and aah at the livestock. I had no idea there was a greenhouse when I took my daughter out to look at cows, but I sure am glad I decided to take her to stop by today!
