I have done business with Pratt’s for years, but not anymore! I called multiple times last week and could not get in touch with anyone and then today I tried to call and spoke to a lady in the restaurant. I had some questions about the thanksgiving options for this year, and she was very unprofessional and not curtesy at all! My family will give someone else our business. Everyone makes mistakes, but having employees who are rude and unwelcoming is a fault on the restaurant management.

Sunday buffet, GOOD! Enjoyed the meats and veggies! A delightful experience! The staff was friendly and experienced! We will definitely be back!!
It was delicious the waitress was very good the food was outstanding especially the chicken and dumplings they were just the way I like them by the way the Indian chief looks great!

I had the pulled pork, and beef brisket with beans, and fried okra as the sides, sweet tea was my choice of drink. The good was excellent as well as the tea. Both meats were very tasted even though I leaned a little more towards the beef. With 7 different sauces from mild to a little warm. It gives you a verify of flavors. I did a mixture of all seven. My family ate at Pratts last night. The food quality was poor and the prices have went up. We have ate there several time and it was excellent. I gave a 2 because our waitress was fabulous.
The food that we got was good but we didn't get part of our order. It wasn't worth the drive going back to get only half of what we paid for.
