Great place to live. Great staff. Brad, Savannah, Samantha, and all of the maintenance guys here are all amazing. It's family friendly and animal lovers friendly as well. Great staff that's aware of the special needs community. Love these guys. Always helpful, friendly, and professional.
I truly would recommend The commons on Pratt to anyone looking for housing. This location is filled with on site activities and 24/7 management support. Students are prioritized and provided many luxuries throughout the building for residents as well. The staff has done an outstanding job keeping the areas safe, clean and healthy for all! The Commons on Pratt is a great place to live. It’s very affordable, very clean and has great indoor activities such as a gym, pool table, great common areas where you can relax etc. It’s conveniently located near the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, the Kolvachik Convention Center and restaurants where you can eat your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
