This parking lot is absolutely disgusting. The owner should be ashamed of himself. There are used condoms, needles, and trash all over the place—it’s completely unacceptable. This is a serious health and safety issue. The city of Hartford needs to step in and do something about this property. Propark should also be embarrassed for allowing a lot they manage to get this bad.
The rates they mentioned at the board and the amount charged was different. They mentioned upto 1hr its $5, we were there for 42 minutes and they charged double the amount($10). Please verify before you park!!!!
