Loving our pool! Despite hearing all delays of other builders, ours were minimal! Dug hole March 1, swimming Sept 1. Brian and crews responded as needed, and Pentair stepped up to handle a couple new technology type issues. ( at their expense). 30 x 15. 3'-5' depth. tanning ledge, sheer waterfall, heater, ...

I'm giving 1 star for customer service. I called for an inquiry and when I told him where I lived, his response was "Why would I come out there when I have a client right next door. Why would I drive an hour away?" Worst response ever! My feelings were legit hurt. He could have gave a more polite response or simply said, sorry but we don't service that area instead of making me feel like I lived in another universe. The tone of his voice and response made me feel like our town has the plague...

Not impressed. We went there when we bought our house (a little over a year ago) and wanted a pool. The owner did not seem that interested and gave a bunch of excuses about how long it would take. Ended up getting our pool through Presidential Pools in Gilbert.
