Pratt plumbing did a terrific job installing a new toilet at our house. They were informative, helpful, professional and on-time. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all of your plumbing and heating needs. Thank you! Another perfect experience with Pratt. These people do incredible work! They are efficient, polite, they clean up the workspace but overall, they are good, honest people. I trust them and the work that they do! Thank you!

I work for a senior concierge company. One of our clients called, anxious about two leaks in her house. We called Tuesday night for a quote and Wednesday morning the issue had already been resolved. I appreciate the feedback from the tech in the field and also the people in the office providing updates. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and they even reached out to let us know about additional services for future clients. We will definitely use them again.

Pratt was here on 2 occasions. They handled a small job that another company said could not be done and Pratt performed that job for a few hundred dollars. A week later I inquired about additional work and was quoted an outrageous price and was told things that were absolutely false, including conducting what seemed to be a totally fake “water test”. I would avoid these people and certainly will not be using them going forward.
