Pratt was here on 2 occasions. They handled a small job that another company said could not be done and Pratt performed that job for a few hundred dollars. A week later I inquired about additional work and was quoted an outrageous price and was told things that were absolutely false, including conducting what seemed to be a totally fake “water test”. I would avoid these people and certainly will not be using them going forward.

Thoroughly unimpressed with the owner's attitude upon entering my home to perform an AC Tune-up. I've given plenty of business to Pratt over the last several years but Steve Hopper, the owner, was upset that, for one particular job, for which he provided a quote, we used another provider because we had a credit to use up. In response to Steve's reply: You and I both know it had nothing to do with the thermostats. I figured the Nest to Ecobee swap out was a simple job a handyman could address. I would just like to thank Steve and his crew at Pratt Plumbing for the AMAZING job they did at my home. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Steve and his staff were VERY professional and VERY polite, there workmanship was second to none.
