Pratt is terrific! They promptly return phone calls & arrive to appointments when promised! They are thorough, neat, informative & get the job done to the customer's satisfaction! I've had them for plumbing leaks, A/C maintenance & repair, and installation of a new furnace. I highly recommend Steve & his crew!!

Steve (Owner) and Sam (Supervisor) were absolutely outstanding! We had a serious issue with a clogged pipe that turned out to be much more complex than expected. Sam worked tirelessly—over six hours—to clear the blockage and realized he needed additional assistance. He, Steve, and the rest of the team showed incredible dedication, quickly diagnosing the root cause and resolving the issue efficiently. I recently had an 80 gal Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) Hybrid installed by Pratt plumbing. I was impressed with the fact that they arrived when they said they would be there, via notifications through text and emails. They were prepared with sufficient manpower, protective drop cloths and bootie’s, all necessary tools and equipment (small pump and hose to drain the old heater, lasers to insure copper lines were straight, plumb and level).
