Sam was the plumber who installed our high-efficiency boiler, and his workmanship was excellent—professional, clean, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Short Story: We hired Pratt to detect and fix a leak. We were left with six holes, a broken molding, no leak fixed (and charged several hundred dollars). While not fixing the problem we hired them for, they seemed more interested in upselling us to do other services that weren't as critical.
