"Dr".Trible had an emergency I was asked to come in later for appointment. Scheduled for 2, I had arrived at 1 and finished check in and vitals and asked to come back at 3 which I was happy to oblige. It seems Trible didn't want to have to come in and he asked me why they didn't offer another day. I told him I was happy to come in later the same day, but that seemed to upset him. Super nice staff. Colonoscopy is not for a month but if the staff is any indication of the doctors I'm very confident.
It was a pleasure going to Pratt medical group. The visit was very quick and very professional. Not a lot of time waiting like most doctors offices. They seem to care about their patients, call backs are very quick don't have to wait for days to hear something from them. Will definitely let other people know that I have had good experiences with Pratt. Also the lady that does the scheduling for you was wonderful. She has a great and professional attitude. I wish I had of gotten her name but I did not.
I chose 10 overall because of pleasantness of the receptionist as soon as I walked through the door, it was enough to know the reason I was coming and then for everyone to make me feel very comfortable was a 10+ Smiles and laughter from check in to my escort to the waiting room and the provider ( Emily) we hit it off at as soon as she stepped into the room with her southern charm.
Like I said before this office is very nice the office manager for a professional. Everybody knew what they were doing and you like that when someone knows everything the question is and stuff you ask them about everything.
