The office staff is very nice. Minimal wait time. Zachary Getz is AMAZING!! He actually LISTENS to me and hears my concerns!
The staff were efficient and polite. They took the time to listen to answers of the questions they ask and wait to see if I had any questions. DR. Getz was meticulous in assessing my concern he was very detailed in explaining processes for my care and developed good timeliness for future steps and was good at establishinmy plan using the current holiday schedules. All in all it was their professional attitude, politeness and awareness of my concerns that was impressive.
