I went to get my tooth fixed that was causing me sever pain, but they ended filling my teeth on the opposite side that I didn't ask for and no one communicated with me properly about what was being done to me. After my appointment no one even checked up on me, no clear communication from the dentist and the receptionist was very rude to me when I was calling to ask what had happened. horrible experience and I ended up paying 3 times the amount.
Friendly office staff, and gentle and thorough dentist and hygienist. Excellent care!

My mom had frontal bridge work done at a different dentist a few years ago and had to go back many times for various reasons and was just never happy with it. She recently went to Dr. Laura Pratt to have her bridge re-cemented and was so happy and says she finally doesn't have to be self conscious about her smile!
