No improvement at this place. Even if there are no trucks ahead of you, they still take their time loading — extremely slow and unprofessional. It’s clear they have no respect for American truckers. Companies that use their products should seriously consider boycotting them until they start treating drivers with the basic respect they deserve.
I checked in at 3:08pm and left at 6:47pm. I was told originally a noon to 10pm window for pickups. When you arrive, park in the center lane up by the stop sign then walk to guard shack to check in. The nice lady checked me in & told me to go to the end of the line and move up as trucks move up & that the yard dog would come get me when they had a door for me. Check in 1pm got a door at 4pm out at 6pm The jockey yard have some attitude And the lady in shipping office she very rude She just throw an envelope from the window Without saying a single word I asked her what’s this ? Is this the paperwork? I’m good to go??
