I would consider any other builder then Pratt homes when purchasing a property. They use low quality parts and subpar contractors to complete the work. We had deficiencies named in our PDI 30 day not fixed. We were advised that because we missed our one year the only things that were noted on our 30 days and PDI would be addressed. After pictures were sent and not "visible" to the team I created a document to resend them. Pratt Homes is the worst builder we had deal with. When we purchase a home form them, we decided to pay for a finish basement. Well, they decided to put the furnace in the middle of the basement which significantly reduced the living space we already paid to finish. We also paid for an upgrade of the house tiles and they put it in the wrong direction we asked. At the end we decided to leave and ask about our deposit after 3 years of waiting for the house.
